Objectives: The study was designed to determine the relationship between the different methods to measure the cervical lordosis radiographically.
Methods: A Clinical study carried out in 65 neck pain outpatients in Conmaul Oriental Hospital. The cervical spine curvature was measured using seven measuring methods. The statistical relationships were measured with Pearson¡¯s coefficient of correlation. The type of cervical spine curvature was analyzed by Jochumsen method, Ishihara Index, Angle of cervical curve and Depth of cervical curve.
Results: The correlation among the seven measurement methods chosen was good(r=0.684¡0.912). But, the ratio of cervical spine curvature type was different according to the measuring methods.
Conclusions: The results suggest that It is possible that the cervical spine curvature is numerically compared by many methods, but when the cervical curvature type is compared to each other, an error can be occurred.
